Settlement and citizenship pathway
The Skilled Worker Visa leads to Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) after five continuous years of UK residence. British citizenship is available 12 months after ILR, subject to passing the Life in the UK test and meeting English language requirements at B1 level.
